TFP’s engineers support our customers’ part requirements by working closely with our production department in determining the best tooling to support short and long-runs.
TFP utilizes our modern CNC department to create molds to maximize the efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Our CNC routing fixtures position and align parts using vacuum in order for our operators to produce and maintain quality parts consistently.
Our quality and manufacturing operators utilize precision go/no-go gauges to verify dimensions, alignments and clearances. This approach gives TFP the capability to save time and costly production mistakes which allows us to provide a better quality part while reducing the manufacturing time. |
